FAQ

You can use our Hair Knight serum on a clean scalp after your hair wash directly right before you style your hair. You can also choose to use it as an overnight serum. Preferably massage your scalp to increase blood circulation after every use. It is advised to try Hair knight serum on a small patch on your scalp to test sensitivity. In case of any redness, or sensitivity, refrain from continuing usage and rinse with cold water.

The frequency of washing depends on your hair type. Generally, it's recommended to wash hair 2-3 times a week for most hair types. Remember that maintaining a clean scalp is very important for hair health & growth.

Conditioner helps replenish moisture and nutrients lost during washing. While it's not
mandatory to use it every time, especially for those with very fine hair prone to getting weighed down, using conditioner regularly can improve hair health and manageability. It helps with detangling and minimizes breakage while brushing.

Regular trims help prevent split ends by removing damaged hair. Additionally, using a wide-tooth comb to detangle wet hair, avoiding excessive heat styling, and using a leave-in conditioner or serum on the ends can help prevent split ends.

Pat your hair gently with a soft towel to remove excess water. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this can cause frizz and breakage. Letting your hair air dry naturally or using a microfiber towel can minimize damage compared to using heat from a blow dryer.

A balanced diet rich in protein, vitamins (especially A, C, and E), minerals like iron and zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids supports healthy hair growth. Supplements like biotin or fish oil might help in some cases, but it's best to consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplements.

Using a gentle, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner can alleviate dryness. Avoiding hot water for washing and limiting heat styling helps. For persistent dryness
or itching, consider using a specialized scalp treatment or consulting a dermatologist.

Hard water, containing mineral deposits, can leave residue on hair and make it harder to rinse out products, potentially leading to buildup. Using a clarifying shampoo occasionally or installing a water softener can help mitigate these effects.

To minimize heat damage, use a heat protectant spray before styling with hot tools. We highly recommend a heat protectant spray to protect from heat and UV
rays.

Adjust the tool's temperature to a lower setting when possible, and limit the frequency of heat styling.

Opt for air-drying or use heatless stylingmethods to give your hair a break from heat.

A well-balanced diet with sufficient protein, iron, vitamins (especially B
vitamins), and minerals is crucial for healthy hair. Foods like lean meats,
fish, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains contribute to the overall health and appearance of your hair.

It's generally recommended to stick with a shampoo that suits your hair type and needs. Frequent changes can strip your hair of its natural oils and disrupt the scalp's balance. If you need to switch, do so gradually and observe how your hair responds.

To manage frizz, use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to maintain natural oils. Applying a leave-in conditioner or serum can help control frizz.

Avoiding
excessive brushing, especially when hair is dry, and using a silk pillowcase can also reduce friction and minimize frizz.

Regular haircuts, typically every 6-8 weeks, help prevent split ends and maintain the overall health of your hair. Trimming removes damaged ends, preventing the damage from traveling up the hair shaft.

Yes, high-stress levels can contribute to hair loss and other scalp issues. Practicing stress-reducing activities such as exercise, meditation, or yoga can positively impact both mental well-being and hair health.

Natural hair masks, such as those with ingredients like honey, coconut oil, or avocado, can provide moisture and nourishment to the hair. However, their effectiveness
may vary, and it's essential to choose ingredients based on your hair's specific needs.
