REFUND POLICY

You may, at any time prior to your Order being marked as "Processed" on our online Order tracking system, contact us to cancel or change the Order. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel the Order free of charge and issue you with a full refund, or (ii) we may agree to make certain changes to the order, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustments. If the Order has already been processed by us, you will be unable to cancel the Order or make changes to the Order. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted only before your order has been shipped. Once the shipping process has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our refund policy, detailed above, for information on how to request a cancellation and the associated terms. If you need to cancel an order, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure it can be processed before shipping begins. SHIPPING POLICY

At TOTOBAE, we utilize a third-party delivery service to ensure your products reach you efficiently and reliably. Delivery times and costs are determined at the moment of placing your order, with an average of 2-3 working days for local shipping and up to 10 working days for international shipment, and this information will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and third-party service schedules. For any queries or issues related to delivery, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.

 

DAMAGED GOODS AND WRONG ITEMS

If an item in your Order is received damaged or is not the item you ordered, you can arrange to return the item to us by contacting our support team support@totobae.com. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it in, within 30 days of delivery of the Order to you. Subject to being satisfied that the item was in fact damaged, we will issue you a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, taxes and any duties. We may replace the faulty item at your request and deliver to you a new item free of any delivery charge.
